Product returns
The customer can return the products he has bought from the online store because he simply changed his mind, within fourteen (14) of receiving them
The date of dispatch of the returned product is considered to be the one indicated by the courier company on the receipt, for the control of the deadline.
In any case, the products must be returned in the condition received by the customer, and the product packaging must be the one that accompanies the product and must be in excellent condition. In case they are not returned within fourteen (14) then our company reserves the right not to accept the return and replacement.

Product Warranty & Replacement
